This is based on national contracts with commercial laboratories and your insurance carrier. However, our hospital labs are REGIONALLY PREFERRED providers affiliated with all major insurance plans.
When speaking to your insurance provider or looking on their website please use the name CARENT LABORATORY SOLUTIONS and not the name of the hospital.
While most of our Carent labs participate in the following health plans linked below, we recommend that patients:
– Contact Carent prior to your lab visit to confirm participation with your insurance.
– Contact your insurance provider to verify coverage for your lab tests before your lab visit
